How to Sign Up for TCG On-Demand Pods

If you're interested in playing TCG On-Demand Pods, follow these steps to get started:

Step 1: Head to the Tabletop Room

  • Make your way to the Tabletop Room, where all TCG events take place.

  • Look for the TCG Tournament Organizer (TO) Desk—this is where sign-ups happen.

Step 2: Sign Up at the TO Desk

  • Approach the TO Desk and let the staff know you want to sign up for an On-Demand Pod.

  • You will be asked to provide your name, phone number, and the format you wish to play.

  • Important: Only formats listed in the official rules are available.

  • Your name will be added to the waitlist for that format.

Step 3: Wait for Your Pod to Fill

  • Each pod requires a minimum number of players. Once enough people have signed up, the pod will be ready to start.

  • You will receive a text notification when your pod is about to begin.

Step 4: Arrive at the Tabletop Desk When Notified

  • Once you receive a text that your pod is ready, you have 15 minutes to check in at the Tabletop Desk.

If you do not arrive within the time limit, your spot may be given to another player. Step 5: Start Playing!

  • Once all players have checked in, your pod will fire off, and gameplay will begin!

Important Notes: Sign-ups open at 11:00 AM each day. Last call for pods is at 6:30 PM—any sign-ups after this time will not be accepted. TCG On-Demand Pods are available on Friday and Saturday. Sunday availability is TBD. Only formats listed in the official rules are available—no custom formats allowed. Follow these steps, and you’ll be set to play in TCG On-Demand Pods at GX2!
